Jang Da Yeon diet's meals.

Jang Da Yeon, Korean hot mama, 48 years old with 2 kids, healthy body with healthy diet meal.
 Day 1- Breakfast
Salad rolled with eggs, 1/2 kiwi, 3 strawberries, 1/2 bowl oat, 1 cup of nescafe. ( This shouldn't category as healthy meal but because I've lack of sleep for few days, sorry.
 After work out, carrots and Japanese cucumber stick, still not feeling full, have to top up a class of low fat milk. Mandy said my meals looks more for rabbit.
 Day 2- Breakfast
Steam broccoli and carrots, seaweed chicken soup and 五谷饭。
The actual recipe of the soup is using beef, but due to the limited time that I have, I have to change and modify the menu from Jang's. This took me an hour preparation. The meals can add on one more because the rice is less carb. (ps: less water for the 五谷米。)

Black and white theme

 June 15th, 2014, 8 months of gym, abs side area gain back some fats because of the mouth can not be zipped.
 May 26th, 2014, try on a new singlets. White singlets is always my favourite.
 Because of the coming gathering with “妖精”,upgrated to the max lbs leg work out machine, 150lbs = 12 times, 180lbs = 10 times, 200lbs = 6 times.

 Hard core just to have a S shape body for theme dress, ha ha
